Terms of Use

1. What KioSnap is (and isn't)

KioSnap is an online marketplace. The stores you see on kiosnap.store are independent businesses (“vendors”) who publish their own catalog, prices and availability. When you place an order or booking, your contract for the goods or services is with that vendor — not with KioSnap.

KioSnap provides the technology: the storefront, the catalog, ordering and status updates. We do not prepare food, manufacture products, deliver goods or perform services, and we do not take ownership of anything sold.

2. Ordering

• Prices, item details, availability and preparation times are set by the vendor and may change without notice.
• An order is confirmed only when the vendor accepts it. A vendor may decline or cancel an order — for example when an item runs out.
• Payment for orders is made directly to the vendor (at the counter, on delivery, or by any method the vendor offers). KioSnap does not process customer payments and is not a party to them.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit with an order, including your contact number.

3. Food, allergens and product information

Ingredient, allergen and nutrition information is provided by the vendor. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, confirm directly with the vendor before ordering. KioSnap cannot guarantee the accuracy of vendor-provided information.

4. Customer accounts

You can browse without an account. Placing an order online needs your mobile number verified by a one-time code, which creates your account; ordering from an in-store kiosk or a table QR does not. Keep your number secure — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't place fake or abusive orders.
• Don't scrape, copy or republish vendor catalogs or platform content at scale.
• Don't attempt to break, probe or overload the platform.

6. Reviews, photos and recommendations

Recommendations you make are public endorsements tied to your account and must reflect your genuine experience. We may remove endorsements that appear fraudulent.

Reviews open after a completed order and must describe what you actually experienced. You may attach photos to a review. Only upload photos you took or otherwise have the right to share, and don't upload photos of other people without their consent, of anything unlawful, or of anything unrelated to the store you're reviewing.

By attaching a photo you allow KioSnap and the vendor you're reviewing to display it alongside your review on the marketplace and the vendor's storefront, for as long as the review is published. You keep ownership of your photo, and deleting your review removes its photos from the platform.

Vendors cannot hide or delete reviews about their own store; they can report one to us. We review every report and may hide or remove a review, or an individual photo, that breaks these terms — a low rating on its own is not grounds for removal. To ask us to take down a photo of you, or one you own, write to hello@kiosnap.com.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KioSnap's liability to you in connection with the marketplace is limited to re-performing the platform service. The vendor is responsible for the quality, safety, legality and delivery of what they sell. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Disputes with vendors

Issues with an order — quality, missing items, refunds — are between you and the vendor, and the vendor's own policies apply. We encourage vendors to resolve issues quickly, and you can report a vendor to us at hello@kiosnap.com; repeated complaints affect a vendor's standing on the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the marketplace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
